FELIXSTOWE NORTH (SCDC): Stephen Bloomfield

STEPHEN BLOOMFIELD has lived and worked in Walton all his life. On leaving school, he joined the long established family business in Walton High Street, the fourth generation to do so. He is married to a very supportive wife and blessed with three children at various ages and stages.

FELIXSTOWE SOUTH (SCDC): Andy Smith

ANDY SMITH is married with two grown-up children, and four grandchildren. He comes from a Felixstowe family and returned to the town to live 40 years ago.  A design engineer, and later a computer manager, he is now retired. 

FELIXSTOWE WEST (SCDC): Stuart Bird

STUART has lived in Felixstowe for 24 years. He currently works in Ipswich in the Financial Services Industry. Stuart has represented Felixstowe West on both Suffolk Coastal District Council and Felixstowe Town Council since 2011.

FELIXSTOWE WEST (SCDC): Tracey Green

TRACEY GREEN works for Suffolk County Council within Children and Young People’s Services. Previously, she has worked for several successful Suffolk Coastal businesses in the finance and leisure sectors.

HACHESTON (SCDC): Carol Poulter

BEFORE being elected to Suffolk Coastal District Council, Carol Poulter worked in Parliament and Suffolk as office manager to Central Suffolk and North Ipswich MP Dr Dan Poulter, having previously worked for three other MP’s.

KIRTON (SCDC): Susan Harvey

SUSAN HARVEY has lived in Kirton with my husband for nearly 40 years. She ran a small upholstery business and taught upholstery for 23 years. The couple have three children and five grandchildren. SheI was on the Parish Council for 30 years before becoming a District Councillor in 2011.

MARTLESHAM (SCDC): Chris Blundell

CHRIS BLUNDELL has lived in Martlesham since he was married in 1970. He is originally from the North West of England, where he country where he was educated and trained in engineering.

MELTON (SCDC): Jim Bidwell

JIM says: "I have lived in Melton for over 40 years, served in the Army, taught overseas, in London and Suffolk.
